Susan Arnold, owner and lead consultant at HR On-Call, has more than 35 years of Human Resource experience and has been consulting through HR On-Call for more than 14 years. Susan has been an active member of the local and national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 30 years and has quickly developed many long-lasting client relationships. She is easily able to help small business owners improve employer/employee relationships while reducing company risk.
Susan’s overarching human resources expertise allows business owners to focus on their business goals while resting assured that they are compliant with state and federal law.
